The Spa’s state-of-the-art facilities as one of Scotland’s largest Health Spas makes it the perfect spot to take part in a variety of invigorating and exhilarating fitness classes; including the new Bootcamp fitness programme.

Boot Camp with Ben Terry

An intense workout for all levels, instructed by ex military service man, Ben Terry. With over ten years of military fitness training experience, expect a challenging physical class come rain or shine with a full body workout of high intensity training and a warm up and cool down.

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobics is a low impact workout due to the buoyancy of the water reducing pressure on the joints while exercising.  The waters buoyancy can be used to achieve dynamic movements, focusing on improving the cardiovascular system and burning calories. The use of light foam dumbbells creates resistance and increase upper body muscle tone.

Aqua Circuit

A class designed to give our dedicated early morning Indoor Cyclists a break from the saddles. These classes consist of a combination of Indoor Cycling, and a fast paced, mixed bag of exercises off the bikes in our studio or gym area.

Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga takes the principles and movement of Yoga and adapts them to the water. With the release of gravity, the body is able to find optimum stretch while toning and easing any tensions. Aqua Yoga is suitable for anyone looking to increase flexibility, mobility and injury prevention and recovery.

Body Blast

An invigorating barbell workout choreographed to music that exercises all the major muscle groups for a more toned, fitter and healthier you. Body Blast classes use weight room exercises like squats, lifts and curls to give your upper and lower body a complete workout.

Boxing Conditioning

Motion Meditation

Motion meditation, sometimes referred to as dance meditation, is the practice of connecting the mind and body through movement and self-expression. Moving meditation helps to reduce stress, increase energy, and improve concentration to let go and be present - physically and mentally!

Indoor Cycling

A high intensity workout focusing on increasing aerobic fitness, weight loss and lower body muscular strength and endurance. It is the instructor’s role to lead you through a challenging and motivating session in which the thighs, glutes, calf’s, hamstrings and core stabilisers gain a great workout.

PiYo

The complete mind&body workout. PiYo is a low-impact workout influenced by the core principles of the ancient practice of Yoga and the method of Pilates that combines there core principles with sports conditioning, strength and flexibility training with dynamic balance.

Step Aerobics

Bring your determination and coordination for this fast paced, exercise to music based workout. Step boxes with adjustable heights light dumbbells and natural bodyweight are all used to provide as close to a full body workout as possible.

Yoga

Zumba Fitness
